About Us
Our History
From the 1890's our family has been growing apples, pears, and cherries in the Hood River Valley. The man with the hat inspecting his apples is our Great Great Grandfather August Paasch.
Our Products
Fox-Tail began selling hard cider in the spring of 2013. With dozens of hard cider products we were pleased to announce the next phase of Fox-Tail. Our Distillery!

Located on the corner of Hwy 35 & Ehrck Hill Dr. Fox-Tail's tasting room is top visitor spot on Hood River's Fruit Loop. The only cider and distillery in the Hood River Valley under one roof.
