Our ciders are made with 100% NW Apples, Pears, and Cherries. We do use our own fruit in the ciders when available. 

Several of our ciders are always in-stock for our customers in Oregon and SW Washington.

Estate Empire: Apple 

Fuzzy Haven: Peach/Apple-revamped

In the Fall of 2017, we began using our apple ciders to create Vodkas and Brandy. 

Yes! 100% apple based. 

Our Vodka varieties are: 

*Orchard (straight)       *Peach

*Raspberry               *Blueberry

In January of 2018 we came out with our first Clear Night Apple Brandy. 

In May of 2021, we added apple Gin.

In November of 2021, we released our 

Pear Brandy.
